EMPLOYEE WORKFORCE
Pathfinders have a full-time workforce of over 700 staff. All our personnel is trained in all aspects of aviation security – AVSEC Awareness, AVSEC ASTP 123/BASIC course, AVSEC Refresher, Dangerous Goods Regulation, X-Ray and Image Interpretation, Cargo and mail, Safety Management Systems, Explosive Trace Detector System training, Supervisors Course, Management Course, Customer Service, Internal Quality Control and Fire Prevention Techniques.
TRAINING
Pathfinders have a standard training facility located at Olokun Ayo House, 15 Kudirat Abiola Way, Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos. All refresher training is done every two (2) years statutorily and as at and when necessary.
CONSULTANTS:
Pathfinders International Limited has a number of consultants it retains for certain aspects of its operations.
OUR EQUIPMENT
Pathfinders have their own IOSCAN600B, RAPISCAN627XR, Scintrex E3500, Handheld Metal detector, and Passport document reader. Personnel is trained on the use of the latest screening technologies by authorized representatives in Nigeria. Pathfinders own eight (8) serviceable IOSCAN 600B and two (2) Rapiscan627XR ready for deployment to the client’s operation upon request.
INTERNAL QUALITY CONTROL
Our trained internal quality control inspectors ensure that SOPs are complied with for quality delivery of service. All findings and action plans are followed up for full closure with the team lead within a stipulated time notifying the client of all processes.

Nkechi is a Governance Professional who holds a Master of Laws Degree from Queen Mary, University of London. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004 and is a Graduate of University of Ibadan, Oyo State. Nkechi is a member of a number of Internationally recognized professional institutes in and out of Nigeria. She has over two decades of experience in Aviation Security and Consulting, Law, Administration, Corporate Governance and Compliance.
